Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what we need to quote and do the job:

• Your name, mobile number, and town.
• Your vehicle (year, make, model, size) and what you want done.
• Photos or messages you send us by text.
• Days that work for you and anything you type in the notes box of our quote form.
• Where you came from (for example a Google ad or a link), if you submit the quote form.

How we use it

To send you a quote, schedule your appointment, do the work, and follow up afterward. That is all.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

Text messages

If you text us or send the quote form, you agree that we may text you back about your quote, scheduling, and follow-up on that job. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

Google tags and cookies

Our website has one Google tag (Google Ads, ID AW-18518006256). Google uses it to measure whether our ads lead to quote requests, and it may set cookies and collect your IP address, device details, and the pages you visit. The site does not run Google Analytics or a Facebook pixel. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Other companies that handle data for us

• Google, for the tag above and for the fonts the site loads.
• Web3Forms, which receives your quote form entries and emails them to us.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Cloudflare, which handles our domain name (DNS).

Each has its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data on their own systems.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records, texts, and photos for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and run the business, then delete them. We may keep basic job and payment records longer if tax or legal rules require it.

Deleting your information

To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, text or call (419) 558-0677 from the number you used with us. We will confirm once it is done, apart from anything we are required to keep.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
